The Simple Version
We ask five questions about every casino:
- Can you trust them?
- Do they pay out quickly?
- Are their bonuses fair?
- Are the games any good?
- Is support helpful when things go wrong?
If a casino passes all five, we recommend it. If it fails one or more, we warn you.
Question 1: Can You Trust Them?
We start with the basics. Is this casino legit?
We check:
- License: Does the casino have a valid license? We check with the regulator directly. License badges on websites mean nothing if they’re fake.
- History: How long has this casino been operating? Established casinos with good track records score well.
- Security: Does the site use encryption? Do they protect your data? We test for both.
- Reputation: What do other players say? We check forums, social media, and complaint boards frequented by Arabic players.
Red flags we look for:
- No verifiable license
- Lots of complaints about missing payments
- Unclear who owns the casino
- History of changing terms to disadvantage players
Question 2: Do They Pay Out Quickly?
This is the most important test. A casino that doesn’t pay is useless.
We test deposits first:
- We deposit money using popular methods in the MENA region (bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets)
- We time how long it takes
- We check for hidden fees
Then we test withdrawals:
- We request a withdrawal
- We time how long it takes to process
- We check if the casino asks for reasonable documents
- We track if they pay within their claimed timeframe
We do this multiple times. One successful withdrawal is not enough. We test repeatedly to ensure consistency.
What we consider good:
- Withdrawals processed within 24 hours
- No unreasonable document requests
- No hidden fees
- Clear communication about processing
Question 3: Are Their Bonuses Fair?
Big bonus numbers look attractive. But we look at the real value.
We check:
- Wagering Requirements: A 100% bonus with 30x wagering means you need to bet 30 times the bonus amount. We calculate exactly what this means in practice.
- Game Contributions: Slots usually count 100% toward wagering. But live dealer games might count only 10%. That makes the bonus much harder to clear.
- Maximum Cashout: Some casinos cap bonus winnings at a low amount. That’s unfair. We look for reasonable caps.
- Time Limits: You usually have 30 days to meet wagering requirements. Less than 7 days is unreasonable.
We test bonuses ourselves:
We claim the bonus and try to meet the requirements. We track whether it’s achievable or designed to be almost impossible.
Question 4: Are the Games Any Good?
A great casino needs great games.
We look at:
- Quantity: 500+ games is solid. 1,000+ is excellent.
- Quality: Are they from top providers? We look for Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt.
- Variety: Good slots, table games, live dealer, and other popular game types. A well-rounded selection scores higher.
- Live Casino: We play live games and check video quality, dealer professionalism, and table limits. For Arabic players, we note if dealers speak Arabic.
- Mobile Experience: We test on phones and tablets. Games should work well on both Android and iOS.
Question 5: Is Support Helpful?
When something goes wrong, you need help fast.
We test support:
We evaluate:
- Response time (under 2 minutes is excellent)
- Quality of answers (are they actually helpful?)
- Language support (Arabic and English score higher)
- Problem resolution (do they fix things?)
We also test support in different situations:
- Asking basic questions
- Asking complex questions
- Reporting technical issues
How We Score Casinos
We score each of the five questions from 1 to 10. The final score determines our rating.
Score | What It Means |
9.0 – 10.0 | Excellent. We strongly recommend this casino. |
8.0 – 8.9 | Good. A solid choice with minor issues. |
7.0 – 7.9 | Average. Proceed with caution. |
Below 7.0 | Poor. We recommend avoiding this casino. |
We Keep Testing
Our reviews are not “set and forget.” We regularly:
- Revisit casinos we’ve reviewed
- Check for changes in terms or service
- Investigate new player complaints
- Update scores and recommendations
We also learn from you. If you’ve had an experience we haven’t covered, let us know. Your feedback makes our reviews better for everyone.
Our Promise to You
We are completely independent.
We do not accept payment for positive reviews. We do not have affiliate arrangements that influence our ratings. We do not play favourites.
We tell you the truth—even when it’s not what casinos want to hear.
Because our only goal is to help Arabic-speaking players make informed decisions.
